Terms of Service
What you're buying, what we commit to, and what we ask of you.

1. Who we are
weblockai is operated by WEBLOCK MEDIA LTD (registered office: 9a Wick Road Business Park, Wick Road, Burnham-On-Crouch, Essex, CM0 8FA, United Kingdom; registered in England and Wales, company no. 12103785). In this document "we" means that company, and "you" means whoever uses the service.
You can write to us any time at hello@weblockai.com. A person reads those emails.
2. What the service does
weblockai is an online workspace for planning video. It takes you through the stages of making a film and hands you finished text prompts for the image and video generators you use yourself.
To be clear on this: we do not generate images or video. We give you the prompt; the generating happens at the provider you choose, in your account and at your cost.
Some steps use AI to produce text. What comes back is a suggestion — read it before you use it.
3. Your account
To use the service you need an account with an email address and a password. The password is your responsibility: don't share it, and don't reuse it elsewhere.
One account belongs to one person. If several of you work together, each needs their own.
If we see an account being misused — producing unlawful content, or trying to get around the limits — we may suspend it. We'll tell you, and we'll tell you why.
4. Free trial
Every new account gets 14 days of the full service, free. We don't ask for a card, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
When the trial ends the account drops to the free tier by itself. Everything you made stays; the paid steps stop.
5. Plans, prices, payment
Prices are on our pricing page, always in the currency we actually charge in. Each is a fixed list price: no exchange-rate conversion, and your card statement shows the same number you saw on the page.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers — we only see whether the payment succeeded and which plan it was for.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Stripe sends the invoice each time.
We may change our prices. For existing subscribers a change only applies from the next renewal, and we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time in your account, without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for; until then everything works as before.
We don't refund a period that has already started — except as set out in the cancellation notice.
7. What you make is yours
Everything you create in the service — ideas, scripts, prompts, projects — stays yours. We claim no rights over it, we don't use it in marketing, and we don't pass it on.
We do have to store and process what you type in, otherwise the service couldn't work. That's for the technical operation and nothing else.
The interface itself, its wording, our rulebooks and the design of the system are our intellectual property. You may not copy or resell them.
8. What we ask of you
You may not use the service to produce content that breaks the law or causes harm. That includes:
- misleading depictions of a real person without their consent,
- hateful, violent or sexually exploitative material,
- infringing anyone's copyright or trade mark,
- false claims about a real event or a real person.
What you go on to create elsewhere with our prompts is your responsibility. We supply the prompt; what you generate with it and where you publish it is your call.
9. The limits of our liability
We work to keep the service available, but we don't promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, a third-party outage or a fault can cause downtime.
Text produced by AI is a suggestion, not professional advice. We aren't liable for what follows from using a suggestion without checking it.
Our liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the loss. This cap does not affect liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Changes and ending the agreement
We may change these terms. We'll email you about any material change at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
You can delete your account at any time. If we end the agreement — for a serious breach of these terms — we'll tell you and explain why.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not affect rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
Please bring any complaint to us first, at hello@weblockai.com. We reply substantively to every complaint within 14 days.
