You are stuck on a step, or something on screen isn't where you expected.
You found a bug
Something isn't behaving. Tell us which page and what you did just before — those two things help most.
Billing and subscriptions
Invoices, changing plan, cancelling. Most of it you can do yourself in the Stripe portal, but say if you get stuck.
An idea or suggestion
Something is missing, or you would do it differently. We genuinely read these — a good part of the interface came out of such emails.
Data and legal requests
Access, deletion, or anything you read about in the notices.
Teams, agencies, working together
More users, a bigger allowance, or working together. Tell us what you would need.
What helps us answer faster
You don't have to write at length. These three things, though, usually save an entire round of back-and-forth.
- Which page you were on The address from your browser bar is enough — it tells us exactly where you were.
- What you did just before One sentence does it: „I clicked Save and the text disappeared." Most bugs can be reproduced from that.
- What you expected, and what happened instead The gap between the two is the bug — and often it turns out not to be one at all, just something that isn't where you looked.
